Message from Brad Margolis
President, BAHREC 2026-27
As we launch into 2026, I'm honored to step into the role of President and continue the incredible work of this community. For those I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting, I'm Brad Margolis, and I couldn't be more energized about the year ahead.
First, I want to express my deep gratitude to our outgoing President, Sahar Zandi. Her leadership over the past year strengthened BAHREC in lasting ways. Sahar's commitment to fostering meaningful connections, driving impactful programming, and championing our collective growth has set a high bar. Thank you, Sahar, for your vision and dedication to this community.
I'm also thrilled to welcome several exceptional leaders to our Board of Directors: Eleanor Abril, Kari Leetch, Marilee Moy, Jamie Sandoval, Mahi Saraf, and Eric Schlezinger. Each brings unique perspectives and a shared passion for advancing our profession. Their energy and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to evolve BAHREC's offerings and impact.
Looking ahead, one of our key priorities this year is deepening opportunities for community connection. In Q1, we'll be reaching out to you directly to gather your perspectives on how we can best evolve and grow BAHREC to deliver the highest value to our members. Your input will be essential in shaping our direction, and I encourage you to share openly when we connect.
We also remain focused on equipping our members to lead through complexity, whether that's navigating AI's transformation of work, building resilient cultures, or developing the talent strategies our organizations need to thrive.
